There are a number of reasons not least of which is “it is good to put a face to a name”. There are occasions when we are unable to meet the people who work for us as soon as we would like…not the way we would choose to have it but it comes with the territory…and so a photograph helps.

We are however selecting people based on our clients’ requirements and the different types of activity that we do for them. To that end we need to make sure (as far as we can) that people are suitable for the task they are going to be employed to do…and sometimes that is based, at least in part, on their appearance.

Additionally, our clients do sometimes ask to see photographs of the staff that have been selected for their assignments.
