The Brief
- To increase the clients presence within several key high street accounts resulting in an uplift in sales during key retail periods
- To implement a strategy & route to market to actively promote the client in 3,000 UK outlets using POS
- To audit existing POS in key accounts & secure further orders from retailers for additional stock & permanent POS opportunities
- All tasks & objectives to be successfully conducted within a 5 day window
The Solution
- ASP were asked to design, project manage and implement the solution
- ASP provided the facilities to distribute the POS across the field marketing team
- ASP trained & briefed face to face an existing team of 30 staff with the experience and retailer knowledge to achieve all campaign objectives
- ASP implemented regional quality control management to ensure the successful implementation of all objectives
The Results
- Client has increased sales within a competitive market place and seen an uplift in revenue during key holiday periods
- New POS has been placed in 3,000 outlets with good retailer buy-in across the accounts
- Overall POS orders have increased with 50% of outlets ordering new POS at time of visit
- Client is looking to implement a wider strategy to include mystery shopping to further enhance the customers experience with their products
